Air Force Colonel Lee Ellis heads a consulting
group titled Leadership Freedom. His upcoming book
describes his combat experience in Vietnam--where after
53 missions he was shot down, and then held captive for
more than five years. That experience generated his book title:
Leadership Lessons from the Hanoi Hilton. Lee enlisted Dr. Lampton's
Speech Coaching services to sharpen his keynote speech
to a conference of 400 strength and conditioning coaches.
